Can I give them an email address to send mail on behalf of my company?

Absolutely. Just let your assistant know what details to use and they can operate as if a part of your company.

Is it safe to give my PA my credit card details?

Whilst all of our personal assistants are trustworthy and honest, it is company policy not to make purchases for clients since it is a breach of the terms of use of your cards and accounts.

You can make transactions in only a few minutes once we furnish you with all the details you need (links, reservation numbers, phone numbers, product names, account logins etc.) whilst simultaneously ensuring your peace of mind and keeping your details safe.

Is my information confidential?

We treat all your information as confidential. All personal assistants are bound by worldwide non-disclosure agreement.

What recourse do I have if the information given is wrong or missing?

Most information is researched online and so it is possible that we relay errors unintentionally.

Similarly we make no guarantee that our research will cover 100% of information, merely the best that we can find in the time available.

To summarise our terms and conditions, we take all reasonable attempts to ensure that the information is correct, and cite all sources of information. We ask that if you are taking any critical decisions based on information we supply that you inform us of this fact before we begin the work, and also check the key parts yourself.

In the very worst case scenario, however, we do of course have professional indemnity insurance.

Can my assistant call mobile phones and premium numbers?

Normal day-to-day calls are fine. We do not run a reception or secretarial service, so we’re generally not making too many calls, but if we find we’re making a lot of calls to mobiles on your behalf we’ll monitor it for a while and give you a call to work something out, normally a small at-cost addition to your bill; but we’ll give you plenty of notice.

Premium numbers will always be billed at cost.
